I
landed in the US in the month of September 98. I came here to
work as a consultant for a software firm. For the first few days
after arrival I stayed with a friend , in a few days I realized
that adjusting in his single room apartment has become difficult.
I started looking for a temporary accommodation before moving
into an apartment; it was then I discovered these motels.

Generally, Motels are less expensive than Hotels and cost $35.00
upwards per night. Normally check-in/check-out is at noon. Some
popular chains are Days Inn, Super 8, Motel 6, Red Roof Inn, Holiday
Inn, and Howard Johnson etc.
