as corporate housing.
These
short-term accommodations or corporate houses are
furnished houses ready for occupancy. Short-term housing
is less expensive than a hotel stay and is more lucrative
for relocating employees and traveling business consultants.
Usually
the cost of temporary housing is approximately double
the rate of a typical apartment in the same locality,
but at the same time half the rate of a nearby business-class
suite type hotel room.
Relocating
employees usually prefer the temporary housing before
choosing a neighborhood and the type of housing into
which they would prefer to move.
Pets
are allowed in temporary houses but usually an additional
fee would be charged for the pet.
