from the Arrival Halls of both terminals between 9 AM an 11 PM daily. It departs every 30 minutes during off-peak hours (9 AM to 6 PM) and every 15 minutes during peak hours (6 PM to 11 PM) or as and when there are a total of 6 passengers on board. The fares of these Maxi cab taxis are $7.00 per adult and $5.00 per child, and are to be paid in cash to the driver. Bookings can be made at the Airport Shuttle counters located at the Arrival Halls of both terminals.

Car Rentals

A valid international Driver License is required for driving a rented car. A chauffeur-driven car can also be rented.

Limousine Taxi Service
The Limousine Taxi service counters are located at the Arrival Hall on Level 1 of both terminals. Limousine taxis charge a flat rate of S$35.00 for transfer to any destination in Singapore. This service, which uses Mercedes taxis and London Cabs, is available from 6 am to 1:30 am daily.

Public Bus Service
The public bus stations are located in Terminal 1 on Basement 2, and in Terminal 2 on Basement Level. Details of bus routes and fares are displayed at the bus stations.

Taxis
The taxi stand is located just outside the Arrival hall on Level 1 in Terminal 1, and located at the end of the Arrival Hall on Level 1 in Terminal 2 (South Wing). Taxis charge according to the meter. A surcharge of S$3.00 is payable for all trips originating from Changi Airport. Details of other surcharges can be found at the taxi stand or posted on the door of the taxis.
