  • A rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi in Terminal 1.
  • Karaoke lounge available at Terminal 1.
  • Ramps, elevators, specially designed toilets and telephones for the disabled.
  • Banks. * Postal and telecommunications offices.
  • 41 shops in Terminal 1 and 60 in Terminal 2.
  • 6 restaurants in Terminal 1 and 13 in Terminal 2.
  • A Science Discovery Center for children.
  • Children's Play Area for the kids in Terminal 1.
  • Free Singapore tours for transit and transfer passengers operating 8 tours per day.
  • A Sky train for passengers commuting between the two terminals. This runs from 6 a.m. to 1a.m.
  • Nurseries with private feeding rooms.
  • 1 smoking room with separate ventilation systems in each Terminal.
  • Car hire and hotel reservation counters, hair salons, medical clinics and 2 supermarkets.
  • French-speaking and Japanese-speaking customer service officers at the information counters.
  • Airbus service - 3 dedicated service lines that transport passengers from airport to selected hotels in town.
