outside the city along Beach Road, Bencoolen Street and
Rochor Road, and some are within the Orchard Road belt.
YMCA
Other budget accommodations are the YMCAs located at orchard
road. They come with facilities like swimming pool, tennis
court and fitness centers. It is advisable to make advance
reservations with them, as they are the most popular accommodation
in the country.
The
hotel room rate in Singapore has been relatively stable
over the last few years, averaging between, US$75 - US$100.
